For small projects, 40% of the estimated fee must be provided prior to beginning of project, with the remaining payment due upon completion of the project upon your approval. For larger projects (typically complex projects which takes around 3-6 months to complete), an initial payment representing one-third of the estimated total fee is required in advance in case client changes mind the development cost won't go waste. The second payment is required upon the halfway point, with the final third payment we will take upon completion of the project.

After you've identified and approve the general format and color schemes of your preferred design n development, we'll complete upto 2 rounds of major revisions at no charge. All minor revisions are provided at no charge. NOTE If there will be major functionality addition or designing i.e out of context we have discussed before it will be chargeable. We are gonna need some important content from your side like (about) and basic contact info or any other important data you wanna display on your website like certifications, original pictures, your staff info, govt information associated with your business. Rest we will manage professional content data from our side which reflects your business in a beautiful manner.

Call US immediately. If your site is hosted with us, we can almost always resolve the issue with a single phone call. Email on the other hand might take sometime to respond back due to workload. If you're hosted with a third-party, it's possible the issue could be on their end. In these instances, we'll let you know the source of the problem so you can contact the third-party host.
As long as you're on a annual maintainance plan with us, there is no charge for technical support. You can also avail minor changes you want in your website.

Absolutely! Bug fixes are included with any of our project if you are under annual maintainance plan. We'll keep your website running in the same condition it was as the day it launched. This is one of the biggest benefits of being on a annual plan.
We offer a sixty days client satisfaction period after the complete development of project. If you want some changes for any reason within the first sixty days, you are free to call us we will do it for you. We try to keep our clients as happy as possible like good friends.
Yes. Most design companies won't mention recurring costs before starting your project. At a minimum, you'll need annually web hosting and an annual domain name registration. Our website plans are a single-rate solution which include annually hosting, domain name registration along with managed maintenance to keep everything running smooth.
We at ProgressCodes also develop complex software modules particularly made for some business fully custom made. Usually the development cost of these softwares is very much higher than what we charge to a client. So in this scenario we only licence such websites on annual basis ( where we only charge per time customizations and later we provide full maintainance & hosting ) which is hosted on our server we don't handover the programming code to client which is our property. If the client due to any reason need that code it will be charged accordingly the full development cost included. Moreover from our side you can run the website as long as you want there will be no issue from our side at all.
